  • I'm a registered independent and wanted to clarify if I could vote this upcoming Tuesday in PA?

Absolutely. All voters get the same ballot during a general election (which is what is happening on Tuesday).

Only during the primary elections are there rules about unaffiliated voters participating in the political parties' primaries. No worries with this election.

    Happy voting!

  • Can I vote in the upcoming November elections if I'm a registered voter, but have no political affiliation?
    Rtv-logo-styled-square_small

Absolutely. All registered voters can - and should - vote in the November 2010 elections.

The only time there may be restrictions on who can participate in a particular election are the primary elections when parties determine their nominees for the general election. Since this Tuesday's election is a general election, everyone can participate.

    Good luck and happy voting!
