Pennsylvania's primaries are closed primaries. This means that you can only participate in a particular party primary if you are registered for that party. If you want to vote in the Republican Primary you will need to be a registered republican so on and so forth. Read about PA primary info here.

If you didn't register to vote in Pennsylvania, you cannot vote in Pennsylvania. If you are registered to vote in Georgia, you would be eligible to vote in Georgia, but would have needed to request an absentee ballot if you are not in the state on Election Day.

The deadline to request an absentee ballot from Georgia or to register to vote in Pennsylvania has passed, so unless you are in Georgia today it may be impossible to vote.

In order to change your name on your voter registration form, you need to fill out another voter registration application. We recommend that you wait until after the election because it would not be processed in time for Tuesday's election anyway.

You can still vote on Tuesday using your previous name.
